What We Do

DirectAutoHaul is an independent quote comparison platform for auto transport. When you submit a quote request, we match it with licensed auto transport brokers and carriers who can serve your route — so you can compare options, ask questions, and choose with confidence.

We are not a carrier. We are not a broker. We do not move vehicles ourselves. Our role is to help you find and compare legitimate licensed transport professionals for your specific route and vehicle.

Why We Built This

The auto transport industry has a reputation problem. Too many people have experienced bait-and-switch pricing, unexpected fees, unverified carriers, and pressure tactics that left them feeling taken advantage of.

We built DirectAutoHaul to bring a more transparent, consumer-first experience to vehicle shipping. One request, matched partners, clear pricing guidance, no obligation. That's it.

How We Vet Transport Partners

Every transport partner in our network is reviewed against the following criteria before they receive any quote leads:

• FMCSA Operating Authority: Active MC number and operating authority verified at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov
• Insurance Requirement: Required cargo insurance coverage in place
• Broker/Carrier License: Valid broker bond ($75,000 minimum per FMCSA requirements) or active carrier registration
• Complaint Monitoring: We monitor for excessive complaints and abusive contact behaviour
• Removal Policy: Partners who violate our contact standards or receive sustained complaints are removed from the network

You can independently verify any transport partner's FMCSA registration at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov — we encourage you to do so before booking.
