These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DirectAutoHaul website at directautohaul.com and related services. By using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About DirectAutoHaul

DirectAutoHaul is an independent auto transport quote comparison platform. Our service connects vehicle owners with FMCSA-licensed auto transport brokers and carriers so they can compare options before booking.

We are not an auto transport carrier, broker, or shipper. We do not take possession of vehicles, arrange shipments, or enter into transport contracts on your behalf. Any transport agreement you enter is solely between you and the transport partner you choose.

2. Quote Request Service

When you submit a quote request through our platform:

• You agree to provide accurate, complete information about your vehicle, pickup location, delivery location, and desired shipping date
• Your request will be shared with matched licensed transport partners who may contact you about your quote
• You understand that receiving quotes does not obligate you to book a shipment
• You understand that quotes provided by transport partners are estimates and final pricing may vary
• You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a quote request

3. TCPA Consent and Communications

By submitting a quote request and checking the consent box, you provide your prior express written consent for DirectAutoHaul and its licensed auto transport broker and carrier partners to contact you at the phone number and email address provided, using automated telephone dialing systems, pre-recorded messages, SMS/MMS text messages, and email, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

4. No Guarantee of Service

DirectAutoHaul does not guarantee that you will receive quotes, that quotes will meet your expectations, or that any particular transport partner will be available for your route. Partner availability, pricing, and capacity vary and are outside our control.

5. Transport Partner Relationships

Transport partners in our network are independent businesses. DirectAutoHaul does not employ, supervise, or control transport partners. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, or pricing of any transport service.

Before booking with any transport partner, you should:

• Verify their FMCSA operating authority at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov
• Request a written quote with final pricing
• Request a Certificate of Insurance
• Understand the cancellation and damage claim policy
• Never pay the full balance before vehicle pickup

6. Limitation of Liability

DirectAutoHaul is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our platform or your dealings with transport partners, including but not limited to vehicle damage, delays, lost items, or financial losses. Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of our service shall not exceed $100.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our website

8. Intellectual Property

All content on DirectAutoHaul, including text, design, code, pricing data, and route information, is the property of DirectAutoHaul and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
